Yanko is the Founder and CEO of Auto Tech Innovations Consult, where he leads with a clear focus on strategic planning, customer engagement, and business case execution. Since founding the company in 2023, he has applied more than a decade of cross-industry project and program management experience to help clients navigate complex transformations and turn vision into measurable value.

With a strong foundation in computer and software engineering, and hands-on experience delivering large-scale initiatives for major organizations like Visteon, Behr Hella Thermocontrol, Telefónica, and EGT Digital, VRS (Virtual Racing School) in partnership with Porsche, Yanko combines technical depth with executive-level insight. His expertise spans SAFe 6.0 implementation, lean portfolio management, supplier transitions, and the orchestration of global Agile teams.

At Auto Tech Innovations Consult, he plays a pivotal role in defining business direction, managing key client relationships, and ensuring alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives. Known for his structured approach, adaptive leadership, and clarity in communication, Yanko fosters a culture of trust, delivery excellence, and innovation.

Since 2023, George has served as Chief Operations Manager at Auto Tech Innovations Consult, where he brings over a decade of international experience in IT transformation, digital strategy, and operational leadership. In his role, George oversees the execution of high-impact business initiatives, aligning technology operations with client objectives across the automotive and eCommerce sectors.

George plays a pivotal role in optimizing internal processes, managing strategic portfolios, and scaling digital ecosystems for clients through seamless integration of ERP, CRM, and cloud-based solutions. Under his operational leadership, the company has enhanced delivery efficiency, improved system interoperability, and supported multi-continent transformation programs with budgets exceeding $50M.

Known for his ability to unify cross-functional teams and implement lean, agile frameworks, George is instrumental in driving change management, stakeholder engagement, and measurable results. His expertise in tools like SAP, Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps supports a data-driven, collaborative approach that fosters innovation and long-term value.

Fluent in English and French, and proficient in German, George blends global perspective with deep technical acumen. His strategic insight and executional rigor make him a cornerstone of Auto Tech Innovations Consult’s mission: delivering expert business planning, project excellence, and transformation management from vision to execution.

Georgi Gospodinov is the Hardware Design and Development Manager at Auto Tech Innovations Consult, where he leads the company's hardware engineering strategy and oversees the full lifecycle of product development for cutting-edge automotive and electronic systems. Since joining in 2023, he has brought his deep technical expertise and hands-on engineering background to drive the company’s R&D initiatives and ensure excellence in both design and delivery.

With over a decade of experience in the automotive electronics industry, Georgi has played key roles in developing advanced hardware platforms for major OEMs, including SCANIA, Porsche, BMW, and Volkswagen. His specialization in schematic design, hardware validation, EMC testing, and prototype optimization enables him to translate complex requirements into reliable and efficient systems.

Georgi is a detail-oriented leader with a strong academic background in Electronics Engineering (M.Eng. and B.Eng. from the University of Ruse), and practical experience gained across Germany and Bulgaria. He is also the author of multiple technical publications and has been recognized with national awards in engineering and innovation.

At Auto Tech Innovations Consult, Georgi leads multidisciplinary teams in the development of next-generation hardware solutions—focusing on innovation, compliance with industry standards, and integration into holistic digital transformation programs. His leadership ensures that every project delivers quality, performance, and long-term value.

Pavel Aleksandrov is a versatile Project Manager and Scrum Master with a strong foundation in both automotive engineering and digital transformation projects. His career spans IT delivery, procurement, and operations management, complemented by hands-on experience in the automotive sector, where he worked on supplier management, production transfers, and cost optimization initiatives.

He is known for successfully leading projects end-to-end, aligning outcomes with business strategies, and fostering high-performing teams. In the automotive field, Pavel has managed serial purchasing processes, supplier negotiations, and production optimization, gaining a deep understanding of manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain efficiency. This practical engineering and automotive expertise allows him to approach project management with both technical precision and business perspective.

Holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering Management (University of Greenwich) and a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Engineering (Technical University of Varna), Pavel combines technical depth with leadership and process improvement skills. Certified in  Scrum by British licensed academy, Lean Six Sigma by an Amsterdam academy, Agile Leadership, and Project Management by Harvard Business School , he continuously sharpens his ability to deliver value in dynamic environments.

Fluent in English, Bulgarian, and conversational Russian, Pavel thrives in multicultural contexts, where he bridges the gap between engineering, business, and IT to achieve impactful results.

Plamen Pavlov is the Test and Validations Manager Engineering at Auto Tech Innovations Consult, where he leads the company’s end-to-end validation strategy, ensuring that every solution meets the highest standards of reliability, durability, and compliance. With over 15 years of experience in automotive engineering, quality assurance, and industrial systems, Plamen brings deep technical expertise and operational discipline to the heart of product testing and verification.

Throughout his career, Plamen has delivered impactful results for industry leaders like Visteon, BHTC, ETEM, and AMEC, specializing in environmental validation, advanced quality engineering, and product testing for global OEMs including Scania, Renault, VW, and Lucid Motors. His background includes managing validation laboratories, coordinating multi-site test campaigns, and implementing rigorous quality protocols in both development and production environments.

At Auto Tech Innovations Consult, Plamen drives test planning, validation execution, and root-cause analysis to support complex transformation and development programs. His structured approach ensures that products are robust, compliant with industry standards, and ready for real-world performance—minimizing risk and accelerating time-to-market.

A graduate of the Technical University of Sofia with a Master’s degree in Machine Building Engineering, Plamen combines technical depth with hands-on leadership, making him a key pillar in the company’s mission to deliver technically sound and quality-assured solutions to its clients.

Tanya Stoyanof is a dynamic, award-winning Marketing Expert with 15+ years of international experience across tourism, finance, fintech, arts, and hospitality. She brings a proven track record in driving growth through digital campaigns, customer acquisition strategies, and brand development on a global scale.

With hands-on expertise in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading cross-functional teams of 100+ professionals, Tanya has successfully delivered impactful marketing solutions across Europe, the UK, Asia, and the Pacific. Her career highlights include pioneering the world’s first movie-quality virtual art exhibition during COVID, leading integrated luxury tourism campaigns, and achieving award-winning results in customer acquisition.
